FileMaker Server にデータベースをアップロードする

FileMaker Server にデータベースをアップロードするには、データベースを開いた状態で Upload to FileMaker Server をクリックすればいい。

しかしそれだけではクライアントからデータベースを見られない。Mac でアップロード元のデータベースファイルをクリックし、Use Hosted Version をクリックしても The file “xxx.fmp12” could not be opened. (Not Found) と表示されてしまう。

これを解消するには、FileMaker Server で Admin Console＞Activity＞Databases で対象のデータベースを選択。右上のフォルダアイコンで Open をクリックする。これでホストしているデータベースにクライアントからアクセスできるようになる。

また WebDirect を有効にするには、ホストしたファイル（元ファイルの Hosted version）で File＞Sharing＞Configure for FileMaker WebDirect をクリック。そして WedDirect を有効にする。
